Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Not mentioned in reviews; assumed standard/excellent cleanliness consistent with a luxury property.

Service

Mixed sentiment: many reviewers praise attentive and exceptional staff, particularly at pool and for general service, but several serious service failures (lost luggage given to another family, rude staff asking guests to leave, confusing information about outside food, missed breakfast box) significantly lowered the score.

Location

Mixed mentions: one guest described the location as 'unattractive' while others implicitly praise the setting (beach/pool access) and call it among the best hotels in Dubai; overall slightly above target.

Room Quality

Strongly positive: multiple mentions of comfortable rooms and beds, excellent decoration and cozy, comfortable accommodation.

Amenities

Very positive: gorgeous pools, spa with rainforest experience, attentive pool service, plentiful cold drinks, sufficient loungers and beach/pool facilities; amenities are a highlight.

Value for Money

Generally strong for a luxury property, but some negative notes (paid loungers that guests expected included) slightly reduce perceived value.

Discover a slice of paradise at Banyan Tree Dubai at Bluewaters, where luxury meets the serene beauty of the Arabian Gulf.

Exclusive Beach Access

Relax on our 500-meter private beach, where sun-kissed shores and stunning views of Ain Dubai create the perfect backdrop for your getaway.
